2004 TL AWD 78k on the clock. Gets serviced roughly every 6000 with Synthetic oil...and change of filter...plus i keep my tyres checked every week.

Always use BP Ultimate

Ceramic coated Extractors, High flow metal cat, Lukey LR2779 Muffler
Additional cold air plumbing to airbox (50mm flex pipe)
Trans Cooler
18X8 rims and 245/40/18 Rubber (10mm smaller OD than original)

Mixture of conditions.....not much freeway.....usually ballpark figure of mid 400's...got 470 out of last tank and took 53 litres..

Lowest AVERAGE fuel according to computer was the other day on cruise control going through the Clem 7 Tunnel at 80kph.....recorded 7.8 the whole way through.....

but usually around town it's sits around 11-12 litres/100k.

so...all in all very happy for a heavy car ,
